PT// Trama é uma criação coletiva entre seis artistas de diferentes práticas: criação têxtil, dança, música e palavra falada. Fundindo as técnicas tradicionais de tecelagem com as artes performativas, Trama começa com uma exploração de movimentos e padrões repetitivos que dão origem a canções, histórias e sequências de dança. Estas linguagens cruzar-se-ão como ferramentas que estão ligadas por fios e fragmentos de uma narrativa maior: a história das cores. Ao recolher histórias relacionadas com cores específicas da população de São Luís e contextualizá-las com a história dessa mesma cor, ligamos o pessoal e o universal e devolvemo-la à comunidade sob a forma de uma performance participativa. Funcionará como um arquivo de cores: momentos muito específicos da vida das pessoas relacionados com uma determinada tonalidade de vermelho, verde, amarelo, azul, etc. Trama consiste num pantone performativo que se desdobra enquanto recontamos as histórias através da dança, música e palavra falada, inserindo-as nos próprios padrões têxteis que funcionam como guião e código para contar as narrativas. Depois de ser concebida, Trama viajará por espaços de atuação não convencionais e crescerá em cada lugar que visitar com as histórias que lhe são acrescentadas.

EN// Trama is a collective creation between six artists from different practices:  textile creation, dance, music and spoken word. Merging traditional weaving techniques with the performing arts, Trama begins with an exploration of repetitive movements and patterns that give rise to songs, stories and dance sequences. These languages will intersect as tools that are linked together by threads and fragments of a bigger narrative: the history of colors. By collecting stories related to specific colors from the population of São Luís and contextualizing them with the history of that same color, we link the personal and the universal and give it back to the community in the shape of a participative performance. It will function as an archive of colors:  very specific moments of people’s lives related to a particular shade of red, green, yellow, blue,  etc. Trama consists of a performative pantone that unfolds as we retell the stories through dance,  music and spoken word, inserting them in textile patterns themselves that work as a script and code for the telling of the narratives. After being devised, Trama will travel through unconventional performance spaces and grow in each place that it visits with the stories that are added to it.

Alice Albergaria Borges nasceu em Lisboa em 1997. Estudou Produção Têxtil Artística na Escola Artística António Arroio (Lisboa) e licenciou-se em Design Têxtil no Chelsea College of Arts (University of the Arts London). Em 2015, atuou como protagonista no filme Colo de Teresa Villaverde. Ela frequenta atualmente o Mestrado em Design de Produto na ESAD.CR. Ela trabalha como tecelã independente, numa prática que se dirige principalmente à exploração, preservação e partilha de técnicas têxteis tradicionais, com uma abordagem contemporânea e um enfoque especial na sustentabilidade na produção têxtil. Ela cria objetos têxteis a pedido, utilizando exclusivamente fibras naturais, manchadas à mão com ingredientes naturais, com fins práticos bem como contemplativos. Inês Melo estudou no London Studio Centre, Inglaterra, e é licenciada pela Universidade de Middlesex desde 2014. Viveu em Inglaterra até 2019, trabalhou como bailarina contemporânea na companhia Adriean Look Tanstheatre (2015- 2019) e como artista freelance com os coreógrafos Malgorzata Dzierzon (Londres, 2014), Wayne Parsons (Londres, 2014), Nikos Lagousakos (Balich Worldwide Shows, Abu Dhabi, 2016). Em 2017, recebeu formação em Pilates no Body Control Pilates Centre. Em 2019, regressou a Portugal para trabalhar com a Companhia Instável no projecto Ballet de Causa Única, de Willi Dorner, no Porto. Desde 2020 colabora com a coreógrafa Madalena Victorino em vários projectos de arte participativa, entre os quais BOWING (2021 – 2022), POVOADO (2022), MUSIC(4) ALL (2022), MIRAGEM 7 e IMENSO: Take a Seat (2022). Matilde Real cria e colabora em espectáculos artísticos participativos, como uma performance e na área da palavra escrita e falada. Estudou Artes Performativas na Universidade de Lisboa, Teatro na Universidade de Warwick e Teatro Aplicado no Goldsmiths College, Universidade de Londres. Realizou projectos com jovens refugiados, crianças, prisioneiros e migrantes que trabalham em empresas multinacionais de agricultura intensiva, em Odemira. Cria espectáculos para espaços não convencionais e trabalha atualmente em zonas rurais do Alentejo e do Algarve, explorando os campos da escrita e da dramaturgia. Colabora com a Cooperativa Cultural Lavrar o Mar, na equipa nuclear do projecto BOWING. Em 2022 escreveu a peça de teatro “O Tempero”, com a companhia A Algures, actualmente em digressão pelo país. Rémi Gallet: Com formação clássica em saxofone no Conservatório de Valence (França), o meu gosto por outros universos musicais levou-me a viajar pelo meu país e pelo mundo. Mais tarde, estudei terapia musical na Universidade de Montpellier (França), e foi nesta cidade que nasceu o meu gosto pela performance, trabalhando como artista nos campos da música, circo, teatro e dança. Vivo em Portugal há cerca de 13 anos e mantenho uma prática de pesquisa e criação sonora onde o som, o movimento e os objetos se fundiram numa linguagem e forma de ver diferente. Sara Paternesi começou a sua formação em dança em 2000. Desde 2012, frequentou três anos de teatro de dança na Academia de Artes Dramáticas “Paolo Grassi” em Milão, onde teve a oportunidade de dançar para coreógrafos e realizadores como Marco Baliani, Luca Veggetti, Sang Jijia, Cesc Gelabert e Lydia Azzopardi. Em 2016/2017 participou no curso “Dança Intensiva” no Tanzfabrik, em Berlim. Em Setembro de 2017 começou a trabalhar para a Compagnia Xe. Em 2018 apresentou o espectáculo “We used to be like that” como co-criadora e intérprete no festival “Alumni.Tanz.Berlin”. No mesmo ano, estreou-se como coreógrafa com o espectáculo “In Sospeso” no Teatro Niccolini (FI), com o qual ganhou o segundo prémio no festival “Prospettiva Danza 2019”. Em 2019 foi co-criadora e intérprete no duo “Tsumud”, apresentado pelo teatro Machol Shalem em Jerusalém como parte do festival Musraramix e apresentado novamente no “Teatro Habait” em Tel Aviv. Em 2020, dançou na ópera “Marino Faliero” sob a direção de Stefano Ricc. Desde Fevereiro de 2022 vive em Lisboa e dançou nos espectáculos “Povoado” e “BOWING”, sob a direcção de Madalena Victorino. Alice Albergaria Borges was born in Lisbon in 1997. She studied Artistic Textile Production in  Escola Artística António Arroio (Lisbon) and graduated with a BA in Textile Design at the Chelsea  College of Arts (University of the Arts London). In 2015, the performed as the protagonist in the movie Colo by Teresa Villaverde. She currently attends the MA in Product Design at ESAD.CR.  She works as an independent weaver, in a practice that is mainly directed at the exploration,  preservation and sharing of traditional textile techniques, with a contemporary approach and a  special focus on sustainability in textile production. Matilde Real creates and collaborates in participative art performances, as a performance and in the  area of written and spoken word. She studied Performing Arts at the University of Lisbon, Theatre  at the University of Warwick and Applied Theatre at Goldsmiths College, University of London.  She has done projects with young refugees, children, prisoners and migrants who work in  multinational companies of intensive agriculture, in Odemira. She creates shows for  unconventional spaces and currently works in rural areas of Alentejo and Algarve, exploring the  fields of writing and dramaturgy. She collaborates with the Cultural Cooperative Lavrar o Mar, in  the nuclear team of the BOWING project. Rémi Gallet: With classical training in saxophone at the Valence Conservatoire (France), my taste for other musical universes took me to travel my country and the world. Later on, I studied music therapy in the University of Montpellier (France), and it was in this city that my taste for performance was born, working as an artist in the fields of music, circus, theatre and dance.
