Deadline for submissions: March 31st 2019!
The working language of the conference is English. Proposals are submitted by easychair<https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=fem2019>for consideration by the members of the scientific & artistic committee.
Each proposal should include:
- an abstract (300-500 words),
- images and/or video link when relevant,
- presentation title,
- author/artist name, affiliation,
- e-mail address,
- up to 5 keywords,
- a short bio (100-200 words).

Travel funds or compensation for presentations are not available.
The conference participation fee due by April 30th 2019 is 50 euros and later registration is 80 euros. The conference participation fee for students is 20 euros, regardless the registration period. The fee includes the conference’s folder, refreshments during the conference coffee-breaks and expenses concerning the editing of the book of proceedings.

In case of cancellation, requests submitted before May 15th 2019will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. No refund will be available after this date.
