FACTT – Festival of Art & Science: Transdisciplinary and Transnational.  Through this Festival of Art and Science, Cultivamos Cultura in Partnership with the Arte Institute intends to clarify the importance and intersection of these two areas, across the world. In doing so, our aim is to promote the interdisciplinary dialogue and reflection through debates and exhibitions, and to identify and analyse the various ways in which both areas are currently interconnected. Furthermore, we look forward to bringing together an educational component to science and art in Portugal by making it available to the general public. Cultivamos Cultura and The Arte Institute also intend to facilitate the cultural and knowledge exchange between Portugal and the rest of the world. Every year FACTT includes an exhibition, conference and workshops that take place in Lisbon, first, and then in several countries around the world. New York (USA), Toronto (CA), Mexico City (MX), Berlin (DE), Corfu (GR) are some of the locations, where we partner up with local universities and exhibitions spaces to host the events.

 

FACTT – Festival de Arte e Ciência: Transdisciplinar e Transnacional. Através deste Festival de Arte e Ciência, a Cultivamos Cultura em parceria com o The Arte Institute, pretende esclarecer a importância e a interseção destas duas áreas, em todo o mundo. Ao fazê-lo, procuramos promover um diálogo e uma reflexão interdisciplinar, a partir de debates e exposições, como também identificar e analisar as várias formas que interligam estas duas áreas atualmente. Também esperamos construir uma componente educacional para a científica e artística  em Portugal, ao torna-la acessível para o público em geral. A Cultivamos Cultura e o The Arte Institute também pretendem facilitar o intercâmbio cultural e de conhecimento entre Portugal e o resto do mundo. Todos os anos o FACTT inclui uma exposição, conferência e workshops que decorrem em Lisboa, e depois em diferentes países. Nova Iorque (EUA), Toronto (CA), México (MX), Berlim (DE) e Corfu (GR) são algumas das localizações que acolheram este festival, onde estabelecemos parcerias com universidades e instituições culturais para acolher estes eventos.
