A transformação é uma mudança extrema e radical.
A inevitabilidade da mudança é uma perceção e compreensão constante que temos ao longo das nossas vidas. Podemos nem sempre estar conscientes disso, e geralmente gastamos tanta energia a evitar esta “lei da natureza” que nos esquecemos de que ela existe e nos encontramos ativamente em busca de estabilidade.
(BE) COMING é uma exposição sobre mudança, sobre a impossibilidade de não mudar, sobre a impermanência perpétua e o processo de devir.
À medida que tomamos consciência da necessidade de mudar no nosso mundo, no nosso planeta, nas nossas vidas, parece necessário lembrar que a vida é um processo dinâmico. A vida é um processo consistente de transformação e adaptação, de devir.
A arte, mais do que qualquer outra actividade humana, é um reflexo profundo desse aspeto da vida e, portanto, a melhor maneira de lembrar o processo de ser algo diferente, algo mais, algo mais ou algo menos, mesmo quando nos tornamos nós mesmos.
A exposição FACTT deste ano é composta por uma série de obras de diferentes artistas que nos fazem parar e nos recordam o processo de nos tornarmos, de devir.

The unavoidability of changes is a constant awareness we have throughout our lives. We may not always be aware of it, and often just expend so much energy avoiding this “law of nature” that we forget that it exists and start thriving for stability.
(BE) COMING is an exhibition about change, about the impossibility of not changing, about the perpetual impermanence and the process of becoming.
As we become aware of the need to change in our world, in our planet in our lives it feels necessary to remember that life is a dynamic process. That life is a consistent process of transformation and adaptation, of becoming. Art, more than any other human endeavor is a reflection of this aspect of life and therefore the best way to remember the process of being something different, something else, something more, or something less, even while becoming ourselves.
This year’s FACTT exhibition is composed of a series of works from different artists that makes us stop and reminds us of the process of becoming.
