No âmbito da residência Oasis de Mariana Dias Coutinho, realizou-se a atividade “Onde as lágrimas do sereno repousam”, uma sessão de modelação e pintura cerâmica com os utentes do Lar Casa do Povo de São Luís.

Este encontro criou um espaço de partilha de experiências, memórias e relações com o orvalho e as suas práticas, convocando histórias ligadas à terra, aos ritmos da manhã e aos gestos do quotidiano. Entre conversa, escuta e criação, a cerâmica tornou-se um lugar onde a matéria acolheu narrativas pessoais e colectivas, traduzindo em forma e cor esta presença delicada do elemento água.

As part of Mariana Dias Coutinho’s Oasis residency, the activity ‘Where the tears of the dew rest’ took place, a ceramic modelling and painting session with the residents of the Lar Casa do Povo de São Luís nursing home.

This meeting created a space for sharing experiences, memories and relationships with dew and its practices, bringing together stories linked to the land, the rhythms of the morning and everyday gestures. Between conversation, listening and creation, ceramics became a place where the material welcomed personal and collective narratives, translating the delicate presence of the element of water into form and colour.
