PT// Este projecto inspira-se nos contextos da memória, designadamente através das diferentes percepções de memória no espaço digital que irão, no contexto da residência, dialogar intensamente com o território. A memória, enquanto entidade fragmentada, emerge em estruturas refractadas cujas reconfigurações são veículo para experiências que afectam os mais diversos enquadramentos mitopoéticos. Assim, a natureza intrínseca das estruturas generativas digitais – que tantas vezes nos deixam situados e sitiados – por mais que explorados, vivem para além de nós, existem fora da nossa contemplação e até do nosso controlo, acção ou interacção. Estes espaços latentes permitem-nos olhar para as reminiscências do passado e perceber os limites das nossas interações e deambulações despretensiosas que alimentam mitos, interpretações e reinterpretações.

O território do projecto consubstancia-se nas conexões umbilicais e nos cruzamentos intermodais entre o som e a imagem, com base em diversas estratégias para articular ambos em sistemas interactivos que resultem em experiências interssensoriais. Tal resultará em explorações laboratoriais passíveis de se materializar seja em instalação, performance e/ou outras formas criativas.

EN// This project is inspired in the contexts of memory, namely through the different perceptions of memory in the digital space which will, in the context of the residence, dialogue intensely with the territory. Memory, as a fragmented entity, emerges in refracted structures whose reconfigurations are a vehicle for experiences that affect the most diverse mythopoetic frameworks. Thus, the intrinsic nature of digital generative structures – which so often leave us situated and besieged – however, explored, live beyond us, exist outside our contemplation and even our control, action or interaction. These latent spaces allow us to look at the reminiscences of the past and understand the limits of our interactions and unpretentious wanderings that feed myths, interpretations and reinterpretations.

The territory of the project is embodied in the umbilical connections and intermodal crossings between sound and image, based on various strategies to articulate both in interactive systems that result in intersensorial experiences. This will result in laboratory explorations that may materialize in installations, performances and/or other creative forms.
