Merry CRISPR was a workshop produced by the Bioartsociety in collaboration with Biofilia laboratory – Aalto University, and supported by Aalto Univeristy, MA in Ecology and Contemporary Performance and Time and Space Arts (both University of the Arts Helsinki) and TAIKE.
The workshop took place 11th – 15th of December at the Biofilia laboratory on the Aalto University Campus in Otaniemi/Espoo/Finland.
Merry CRISPR was made using two CRISPR kits: one is the popular The ODIN (http://www.the-odin.com/) and the second was kindly prepared for us in Mariana Gomes de Pinho Lab (http://www.itqb.unl.pt/research/biology/bacterial-cell-biology), at ITQB in Lisbon, by her excepcional PhD student Moritz Sorg.
